Indication experience and expertise make the difference. PERI’s team, including its internationally recognized KOLs, set it apart from even the largest global CRO's. PERI’s superior indication understanding results in high quality, meaningful trials that are executed more efficiently, precisely, and cost-effectively. When a CRO understands a trial’s indication and has strong relationships in that field, the study benefits greatly. Important protocol nuances are identified and addressed, principal investigators are taught about the investigational product properly, and strong enrolling sites become part of the trial.
PERI’s expertise began in the lower extremity area, including diabetic foot, venous leg disease, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, and gene therapy. To date, PERI’s team has been a part of over 50 lower extremity studies and has conducted more wound and lower extremity trials than most large and small CRO teams. PERI’s team has also published more than 50 lower extremity articles, the majority of which are in top medical journals. PERI’s publishing success in top journals far exceeds average acceptance rates which is key to sponsor goals. From its lower extremity roots, PERI’s indication expertise has expanded to include numerous other indications, including diabetes, plastic surgery, CNS, metabolic, endocrine, neuroscience, and rare disease.
